Stay at Eagle Harbor Inn for the Door County Half Marathon in May
If you’re a runner, you’ve probably logged some treadmill miles over the winter months, however begrudgingly. But the end of slippery, icy weather is on the horizon, and we’re ready to welcome hundreds of runners to the Peninsula for the 13th annual Door County Half Marathon and Nicolet Bay 5K on May 2.
Runners who stay at Eagle Harbor Inn benefit from shuttle service directly from the resort to the starting line. Drivers aren’t allowed to drop off runners inside Peninsula State Park, so a shuttle is your easiest way to get to the race. We’re pleased to offer our guests the convenience of door-to-starting-line shuttle service.
Need your packet picked up in advance? Let us know when you book your room and we’ll take care of it for you.
If you still need to register, there’s still time to claim your spot. Whether you take on the challenge of the half marathon or opt for the 5K, there’s no better way to kick-off the summer racing season. Running in Peninsula State Park is “like running in a cathedral in the woods,” wrote Tom Held from Silent Sports Magazine. We’re proud to welcome all runners to experience this one-of-a-kind race.
